Roadmap & Known Issues

The Flagon is still in active development. Below you'll find a quick look at what's already live, what we're (me really!) working on, and what's coming up next. If you spot any bugs or want to suggest improvements, feel free to reach out — we'd love your feedback, see the contact page for more details on how to do this.

Recently gone Live

• Event listing - which events listed per page choice saved on devices
• Dark mode support
• Accessibility support
• Filter events by type, format, month and country

In Testing

• Event creation with title, description, date, time, location - everything you see on listed events
• Game slot scheduling (e.g. morning, afternoon, evening)

In Progress

• Game/GM submission forms for organisers
• User Accounts with dashboard: View events you're attending or have created etc
• 2FA & recovery codes for added security

Coming Soon

• Ticketing with payment options (Stripe, Google/Apple Pay)
• Public roadmap with voting and suggestions
• Organiser tools: attendee approvals, stats, email follow-ups
• Support for conventions with multiple game rooms and GMs

🐞 Known Issues

• Changing your email address is not currently supported (planned for a future update)
• When cloning an event, the new event will not have a hero image even though it would appear to have. You will need to re-upload the hero image, even if it's the same as the original.
• Some features are still being tested on smaller screens — if you're on mobile and something looks broken, let us know! However, we are working on a native mobile app (soon!)
